Since 90% of skin cancers are caused by exposure to UV rays from sunlight, wouldn't it be more effective, to reduce the skin cancer rate, to institute a total worldwide COVID-style daytime lockdown (only allowing people go outside or travel at night), than to try to avoid exposure to plastics, or ban plastics altogether?
